I had bought Toyota Heligolander 2003 via online, supper white color. Once, the car arrived in my country, I found the rear door was reinstalled, not genuine rear door of Toyota from Japan. The rear door had no code tag on it, the new rear door was made in Taiwan. I really disappointed with this replacement of rear door made in Taiwan, not in Japan. I found the rear door inside cover was big damaged/cracked. I decided to purchase from Magic Toyota, I expected and trusted all parts replacement must be genuine part of Toyota made in Japan, but everything were disappointed hugely. More

Thank the gods for Ali at Swickard Toyota. There’s been a massive car shortage and I was having difficulty finding a 2021 RAV4 LE AWD at any dealership. Swickard was the sixth dealership we had called that d massive car shortage and I was having difficulty finding a 2021 RAV4 LE AWD at any dealership. Swickard was the sixth dealership we had called that day and by a stroke of luck, they had the car I wanted in the color I was looking for. What’s great is that Ali was also willing to negotiate numbers with us on the phone. Swickard was a 45 minute drive away and we only wanted to make the drive up if we could agree on a number. Ali was a great salesman. Within 20 minutes, we were able to land on a number both parties agreed with. He even reminded me about taking advantage of the college rebate. Once we got to the dealership, Ali walked us through every step and even provided great advice on which financing option would work the best for me. In a couple hours, we were able to walk away with a brand new RAV4. Thanks, Ali! The man also has great taste in socks and I hope more cool socks make their way into his life. More
