Today’s visit was very good, courteous, efficient, clean facilities, fast service and all the requested work was done. I did find gum on my shoe, but do not know whether that was from the service technici facilities, fast service and all the requested work was done. My previous service was very bad, in fact I was determined that I would never use Magic Toyota again. On that occasion, I received a quote for a new transmission, I was told that I needed new front and rear brakes too, and so that was included in the quote. The invoice was over $550.00 over the quote and the rear brakes were not replaced, as it was discovered they did not need to be replaced. Numerous telephone calls to Brandon H. and so much stress and frustration - “ the refund takes a while to process” etc. a refund was never received!! More
