When I approach the employee they did not know where my car was they needed the license # or color to look for it. I was planning to report a stolen car to the POLICE if they can’t locate my car. I requested to see the manager also and he came down to see me and it took him several min to locate the car. He took it to the mechanic and returned it in 20 min as I requested. Obviously he apologized about the mess of Magic Toyota services. I’m not sure if the car was actually serviced within that time if so why wait that long when I set the appointment a week ahead of time. I like to have the paper work and it is sad to lose a car supposed for serviceD. Even though this is the first time that they lost my car, but they never respect the time the tell you they will finish on it nor the Display screen does it include your car, an employee told me that it is fake. I noticed Magic Toyota claiming in their website, “Our customers are number one” unbelievable!!! More
My car came back, pulling to the right, an odometer number pushed in, and an oil leak. They didn't have the records there, and I'm lucky I kept hard copies over the years. The sales experience was fairly typical, a lot of Buy your Toyota elsewhere My wife and I purchased a new 2021 Highlander Platinum a few weeks ago. The sales experience was fairly typical, a lot of pressure to buy the warranty with extreme emphasis on what was NOT covered by the factory warranty, and how expensive some of the items would be if they fail. I foolishly bit on the contract and am strongly considering cancelling. But this isn't really the issue for the one star. The vehicle we purchased, with the highest trim package, doesn't have a tow package. A "port installed option" to configure this vehicle with one is $795. To add one later from this same dealer, between parts and labor is $1404. I asked the finance person and salesman to see if there was any accommodation they could make such as help defray the parts or install cost, and they told me that "parts and service are a different department, there is nothing they can do" and advised that I try to plead my case with the parts and service department. Mea culpa on us for not asking, researching better, and checking on the hitch. It's actually an important feature for us, and one we used a few times / year on the old vehicle we traded. But at no point in the sales process were any questions regarding accessories / features / etc... discussed. It was full court press on the warranty, get the deal signed, and send us on our way. The was no offering to explain features, pair phones, etc like most dealers would do, and the car was actually pretty dirty after looking at it during daylight hours the next morning. The kicker is they had the identical vehicle on the lot with the hitch installed. Same color, same trim, same interior, with the hitch installed, that would have avoided this entire mess. My major issue is this: After spending $51,000 on a vehicle and $2500 on an extended warranty, my expectation is they would be a bit more customer oriented and offer something towards installing the factory tow package. Nope. "different department" and "maybe they will help". This tells me they don't care about their customers post sale. Soon as the ink on the contract was dry, I was no longer a priority whatsoever. No problem overlooking the dirty vehicle, the lack of explaining features, and succumbing to the pressure of an extended warranty is on me. Those are minor annoyances. But car salesman have earned their poor reputation for a reason, and Magic Toyota reinforces every negative stereotype. Hope it was worth a few hundred $$$ I was asking you to help cover. More

During the trade, they offered to pay for the damaged windshield and the ext I traded in my 2017 Highlander for a 2020 Highlander almost a year ago. During the trade, they offered to pay for the damaged windshield and the extra miles I went over plus allowing me to trade in 3 months early. All of this was on the contract but 3 weeks after I got the vehicle, I got a bill from Toyota Financial. I took it to the Sales Manager and told them why I am getting billed $1400 dollars and he said it was a mistake and will get it fixed. 2 weeks later, my bill is brought down to $800. I went back and asked him why am I paying for anything when we had made a deal. He made a copy of my bill and said he will get I handled. I told him the due date is coming up and he suggested I pay and Magic Toyota will send me a check for $800. I agreed to pay only cause I don’t want a ding on my credit report. I still have not recieved any check. Every time I call or go there, the Sales Managers say they will handle it and nothing is getting handled. I would like a call from the GM More
Extremely impolite and unprofessional service team you can ever encounter. Took my 2020 Camry Hybrid with less than 21k miles for check engine alert. I was told since the windshield was replaced the vehicle diagnostic run has to be performed for $350. I declined the service and requested a regular oil filter service. I was made to wait for over 3 hrs and later came to know the vehicle never made it through service bay as service rep Brandon left the RO unattended intentionally or unintentionally and was gone for the day. Whilst this was being addressed with the Assistant service manager on duty I was told if I need to take my car away or get it done without a single word on the inconvenience I experienced and 3 hrs of wait time. Please train your staff to be courteous to customers if not more. More

They gave me a fake online quote through truecar that was raised by $4k when I was on the showroom floor.
