Would give 0 stars if I could. I will never be back. I was sold a 2007 SUV for $20k - a 14 year old car - with known issues that they never disclosed. 4 months after buying my truck I brought it in to ha was sold a 2007 SUV for $20k - a 14 year old car - with known issues that they never disclosed. 4 months after buying my truck I brought it in to have an issue checked that was there since about 2 weeks after I bought it. And they want to xxxx me for over $3k to fix it, denying the problem existed before, and won't help me. There is NO WAY driving a Toyota engine for only a few thousand miles will kill a perfectly "good" torque converter and THEY KNOW IT. If that's even what the issue is. I didn't walk in there blind; I consulted, researched and went in there educated and made specific requests. But because they think I'm "just a girl and am not as familiar with trucks and didn't know what I was looking for", they think they can do this to me. Should have known when I asked TWICE for service records when I bought it, and they were never sent to me. I still don't have them! Spent 2 years building up my credit and saving up my money enough to FINALLY get my own car on my own and this is what I get. I went to Swickard specifically because they were recommended to me 10 years ago when they were still Magic. And I held onto that recommendation until I could finally get my own car. I trusted them to be honest. Everyone knows dealerships are more expensive for service and I was ok with that, but I thought that was all; it's supposed to be the little struggling mechanics who do this to people. Not a dealership. I'm so disappointed and let down by these people it makes me sick. Heed my warning and do not ever buy from them or trust their service department. Still waiting on a call from their service manager and/or director but I doubt I'll get one. This is nothing short of criminal. More

This was the 2nd time this happened that they orgot the sticker for the next change oil We’ve been going to Toyota for our change oil since I bought my blue Corolla We are hoping that this will not happen in the future because it’s a big detail - now we are just hoping that Cody Crawford checked everything that needs to be done for the service of 60,000 miles , rear break replacement etc since we paid almost 1,000 for the service Suggestion- before releasing the car can the advisor make sure there is a checklist so customers like us will be happy to return ? More
