The car drop area was slow and backed up out the door. Also had to track down help. To be fair, the staff working that area seemed very new and adjusting. Service folks were pleasant, time waiting felt pretty standard for an oil change and tie pressure check. Only issue is that there was still a service indicator light flashing which was not mentioned as a standard for an oil change and tie pressure check.
