Educational and Professional I just bought a car for the first time in many years. So not only was I unfamiliar with the car buying process, I was unfamiliar with all the car’s I just bought a car for the first time in many years. So not only was I unfamiliar with the car buying process, I was unfamiliar with all the car’s many new features and functions. Omar Younes, my sales rep, was patient and educational. He explained everything until he had answered all of my questions, and I had many. He knew just where to go on our test drive to let me safely try out all the features I wanted to see on how the Camry drove and worked. His manager, Andy, gave me the discounts I was entitled to and I drove home with a new Toyota Camry that had every feature that I wanted as well as a lovely color. I had wanted to use a credit card, but found I could get a better discount if i did not use a credit card. Bret, in finance, explained all the numbers and contracts very patiently and clearly. Everyone in the dealership was courteous, helpful and polite. And even after I bought it, when I had more questions, Omar had me bring it back so he could show me how to use all the features in the new car. Thank you Toyota101. I love my new car. More

Unlike most area dealerships, where you feel like chum in the water with circling sharks, the folks at Toyota 101 are friendly and helpful without being pushy or salesman-ey. Chris gave us a great deal on our car (no haggling!), and Galina was great helping us with the finances, maintenance plan, warrantee, etc. So fast forward exactly one year, and we were back at Toyota 101, where I told Chris exactly what I wanted, and within a few days he had my car on the lot, an amazing finance deal, the lowest price around (no haggling!), and made the whole process delightful. I TRUST Chris -- how often can you say that about a car salesman? And again, Galina helped with the finances, maintenance plan, warrantee, etc., and gave us last year's prices. Overall, we couldn't be happier, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. More
