Even with an appointment they had me there for 4 hours to finish my purchase of a used car. It was the last day of the month, June but they said there was only 1 finance manager that day. I can’t believe any dealer would only have 1 on the busiest day of any month. I was very frustrated and they didn’t offer anything to make up for it. Oil change, car detail, but there was nothing. I would not recommend this dealer and I won’t be going back for any service.
