Unlike most area dealerships, where you feel like chum in the water with circling sharks, the folks at Toyota 101 are friendly and helpful without being pushy or salesman-ey. Chris gave us a great deal on our car (no haggling!), and Galina was great helping us with the finances, maintenance plan, warrantee, etc. So fast forward exactly one year, and we were back at Toyota 101, where I told Chris exactly what I wanted, and within a few days he had my car on the lot, an amazing finance deal, the lowest price around (no haggling!), and made the whole process delightful. I TRUST Chris -- how often can you say that about a car salesman? And again, Galina helped with the finances, maintenance plan, warrantee, etc., and gave us last year's prices. Overall, we couldn't be happier, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. More

Had a particular car in mind and they worked with us to make it happen. My initial contact was with Wilson over email. He was friendly and informative. Best trade-in experience We traded-in a 2008 Camry for a 2016 Avalon. My husband and I have owned several Toyotas. We have had our cars serviced at Toyota 101 for many years. We traded-in a 2008 Camry for a 2016 Avalon. My husband and I have owned several Toyotas. We have had our cars serviced at Toyota 101 for many years. This is the first time we have worked with the Sales Department at Toyota 101. Jun Javier patiently showed me a variety of cars and accompanied me on several test drives. Both Andy Long and Steve Moroz worked with us to make the trade-in deal. At no time did we feel any pressure. Marcellis Flowers, in a business-like way, gave us very personal attention as he guided us through the trade-in process. Galina Federova was efficient, thorough, and helpful as we completed the necessary paperwork. Steve Moroz and Randall Leath supervised a touch-up of the Avalon's rear bumper. The bumper now looks brand new! We feel like we made some new friends in addition to getting a car we are looking forward to driving. More

Our Sales Associate, Wilson Huang was very friendly, accommodating,informative and efficient throughout the entire process. We had complete faith that we were being dealt with fairly and honestly without ever feeling pressured. Also, I felt secure in completing our purchase when we finished the process with your Financial Services Manager, Bret Chan. He seamlessly wrapped up our new car purchase in a friendly and informative manner. That went a long way in our enjoying the overall car buying decision. More

You're trying to get the best possible price; the salesperson is trying to extract every last nickel from you. I've walked away from dealerships in the past because I felt like someone was trying to put one over on me. But I didn't get that from Toyota 101. The salesperson I dealt with, Marcellis Flowers, was extremely up front about deal; I didn't have to suffer through multiple trips back and forth from the sales manager. I got one price, one offer, and given the market for the vehicle I wanted, it was a pretty good price; it was better than the other offers I'd received from other dealerships. And when Marcellis found out that the vehicle that I'd agreed to buy had been sold unexpectedly, he found a similar vehicle, but with more options--and he sold it to me at the same price as the one I'd agreed on. Contractually, perhaps he had to do that, but he did it with no complaints, and he delivered it on the same date as the original vehicle. I liked Marcellis, and I liked his calm style; he's why I came back to the dealership. I also felt very comfortable with the two finance people I dealt with: Bret Chan and Galina Federova. They offered add-ons, but they were gracious when I declined, and Bret in particular was helpful with finance calculations. So, all in all, I had a good experience here. More

Frankie then honored the quote they had given me online when I got to the dealership. I had been worried that they would go back on their word, but that didn't happen. Frankie was knowledgeable, friendly and didn't waste any time. Galina in finance was also very friendly, not pushy and I felt she was really honest about what packages would be worth it and what may not be a necessity given that I was only leasing. I will definitely recommend others to get their cars here. More
