He was totally fine with that and didn't even try to lure me into a sale that day. After doing extensive internet research, encountering some very unsavory internet sales people, I returned to Eric with the best price I had researched online. He wasn't able to match it to the dollar, but was very, very close. I was OK paying the difference since he saved me a drive across the bridge and made the entire transaction easy. Bret was the finance guy and he also was easy going. He explained the different add on options but never pressured me into buying the extended warranty (unlike other dealerships I've bought from!). Overall, great experience. Will buy from here and refer my friends! More

Educational and Professional I just bought a car for the first time in many years. So not only was I unfamiliar with the car buying process, I was unfamiliar with all the car’s I just bought a car for the first time in many years. So not only was I unfamiliar with the car buying process, I was unfamiliar with all the car’s many new features and functions. Omar Younes, my sales rep, was patient and educational. He explained everything until he had answered all of my questions, and I had many. He knew just where to go on our test drive to let me safely try out all the features I wanted to see on how the Camry drove and worked. His manager, Andy, gave me the discounts I was entitled to and I drove home with a new Toyota Camry that had every feature that I wanted as well as a lovely color. I had wanted to use a credit card, but found I could get a better discount if i did not use a credit card. Bret, in finance, explained all the numbers and contracts very patiently and clearly. Everyone in the dealership was courteous, helpful and polite. And even after I bought it, when I had more questions, Omar had me bring it back so he could show me how to use all the features in the new car. Thank you Toyota101. I love my new car. More
