I am a Finance Executive who just retired from HP, so I have opportunities to deal with all types of sales people. In my opinion, Jun is one of the BEST! So I bought my Prius Prime from him. Also, Toyota 101's sales office is very clean, and all the sales people are polite and dressed professionally. The time that my wife and I spent at the dealership were quite comfortable, and all my interactions, including with the receptionist, the finance manager, and the sales manager, were all pleasant. Excellent new car shopping experience! My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Highlander AWD Limited last weekend from Toyota 101. We had shopped around at other Toyota dealerships in the area My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Highlander AWD Limited last weekend from Toyota 101. We had shopped around at other Toyota dealerships in the area and worked with salespeople who ranged in disposition from apathetic to rude and insulting. This was not the case at Toyota 101. From start to finish, the shopping and purchasing experience was excellent. On our first visit, we worked with Marcellis in sales and test drove a used Highlander. Even though we were clear we did not intend to buy a car on that visit, Marcellis was friendly, professional, and informative. We learned more in that single test drive than we had visiting two other dealerships and test driving nearly identical cars. When we returned to Toyota 101 the following week, our sales executive, Omar (Marcellis was not available), was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the vehicles we reviewed. At no time did we feel pressure to make a purchasing decision. Omar was genuinely interested in providing us with all of the information we needed to make the right choice. After we selected the car we wanted, we worked with Arnel on the finance team. Similarly, Arnel was polite, courteous and very thorough in his review of the available warranty plans and financing options. I arrived pre-approved with a loan from my bank, but Arnel was able to provide a lower rate through Toyota. In the end, not only was the experience enjoyable, we got a great deal on our purchase and for once in my life I left a car dealership feeling good about the experience and happy to be supporting a business that cares about its customers and works hard every day to provide excellent service.
