Bret Chan explained the different add on options , etc. but didn't pressure me into getting anything at all (which is rare from my expereince and that of friends). When I called weeks later for info on setting up my online account Galina was very knowledgeable as well and extrememly helpful. Omar was outstanding I bought a car from Toyota 101 on Saturday. The original salesperson with whom I had spoken, wasn't available when I came in to test drive the car. I bought a car from Toyota 101 on Saturday. The original salesperson with whom I had spoken, wasn't available when I came in to test drive the car. As a favor to his co-worker, Omar took me on a test drive, handled the sale of the car, and greeted me the next day when I picked up the car. Even though this wasn't his sale, he treated me well.
