Performed the basic service, but did not do what I asked Came in for 15,000 mile service. Rich was helpful, but something go lost in translation. I could not get them to look at some damage on the underside Came in for 15,000 mile service. Rich was helpful, but something go lost in translation. I could not get them to look at some damage on the underside of the vehicle that occurred when plastic retainers got sheared off by a parking curb . They were looking at the splash pan, but it should have been obvious that I was talking about the part that was held together with white zip ties. I don't think the factory uses white ones. Needless to say, I'll have to try again on my next service visit to get this addressed. More
