I took my beloved Toyota in for service and typically at other dealers I kind of dread it, but at Toyota 101 it was actually a very positive experience. Rich, the service adviser, was not only helpful, but he explained to me exactly what my car needed, and why, and he actually made me feel good about leaving my car for service! Rich even updated me throughout the day on the status of my car, I didn't have to call in even once for an update. Amazing, a service person that actually called ME! Very impressed with Toyota 101 and Rich! I am SO glad I took my car here. I'll be back. Thanks Rich and Toyota 101! More

We exchanged a few emails and then made an appointment to see the car I had chosen. I was greeted by Lee, who told me he would be helping me out today. We did a test drive, then I chatted to Lee and Andy. It was pretty straightforward because I liked the model and had been looking at other dealerships. I said I wanted to take a day or two to consult and think and come back. Andy applied a bit of pressure saying that they couldn't hold the car because if it's listed they have to show it - felt a bit like a salesman trick, and I didn't like it too much, but I was not going to buy on the spot so they said they'd "try" to hold it for 2 days (I needed to come back on a Monday because of arranging insurance). We also went over documentation and I asked to know everything that was needed to speed up the process on my next visit. As this is my first car, I lack experience in maintenance/warranty/etc. issues. When I asked about the included 1-year warranty (this is day 1) Andy started talking about the extended warranty I could purchase (for around $2K, no less!). That was confusing for me. If I ask to be explained about what the included 1-year warranty covers, I'd like the other person to try to explain simply that so I learn about it. Mixing included and non-included options was a confusing. On day 2 I came back with my mind made and ready to fill in paperwork. Lee had the day off but agreed to come meet me to close the deal. I still had to arrange insurance, which took a while (Lee patiently waited with me). There were extra documents they needed from me. I was just lucky to have access from my phone to those things (e.g. proof of address), but it was a close one. I wish I had been given the full list of required documents on day one as I requested, so on day two I would have come prepared and the process would have been smoother. After dealing with paperwork I was taken to meet Arnel, the finance person. I thought it was weird that he didn't introduce himself at any point (I had to ask his name on the way out). Some paper was missing still, so I just waited in his office for a bit, but he seemed quite concerned about it. He apparently had no interest whatsoever in going over the included options (I still had newbie questions about warranty, roadside assistance, etc.), but kept offering other extras. That was confusing too, answering to my questions of "what's included in X" with "you can also get blah, blah, blah if you buy Y, are you interested?". I think that when you're asking somebody to sign a check for $15,000, you should try to show them you care about their questions and not only regard them as, well, a checkbook. Then I went out, ready to pick up the car from Lee, who also offered to help setting up the bluetooth pairing with my phone and stayed close to the car until I was ready to go just in case I needed anything. To sum up: - Overall, the experience was good. - Andy and Lee were working very hard to earn my business and very polite during the whole thing. - I sensed a little bit of old-school salesmanship going on, trying to put pressure on the client. I'm from a new generation who reacts badly to that, I'd rather have the staff let me take my time and give me the information I need to make an educated decision. But it was very light so I didn't mind too much. - Some room for improvement in the finance department. - Lee was very friendly and offered to help with everything he could think of. - I would visit again. We walked into Toyota 101, family members recommended they have great prices on Toyota. We were looking to purchase a Toyota Tacoma truck that night. We walked in at around 6 and they close at 7. . Eric politely introduced himself and provided all the assistance from truck type, test drive, and price negotiation. We asked many questions and Eric was very patient and knowledgeable to give answers and suggestions. We were so glad to have Eric to help us to find the truck we wanted. Toyota 101 definitely is the place for Toyota vehicles with its service and price provided. More

We are a family tha Toyota 101 came to our rescue. We owned a 2004 Sienna that was in top running condition. A valet parking lot totaled it last week. We are a family that uses every seat along with having to transport our aging parents. Destroying our Sienna was a serious problem for us. We needed a replacement ASAP. I did my due diligence and contacted 10 dealers across Northern California. Lee and Rob at Toyota 101 worked quickly and found us exactly what we needed at the LOWEST price. The entire process was low stress, very efficient, and done with a staff that is very friendly and understanding. I couldn't recommend Toyota 101 highly enough. More

She gave me Curt's card and said he had helped her with her Tacoma recently and that he was great. I gave him a call and he told me to come in before 1pm and he would be able to get me in and out within the day (airbag recall, oil change, anti skid light on, tire pressure light on, replace battery on my second key). When I pulled up, Rich Hobbs took care of me and got all my information entered in the system. I told him I that I had spoke with Curt, and so he then referred me over to Curt to finish up the details of the repairs needed. Both Curt and Rich exceeded my expectations. Friendly, Courteous, and Awesome! Thanks guys! More
