Total 180 from the last time I was there I was completely impressed with my experience this time. Every person I came in contact with was helpful and cheerful. He was thorough in explaining what would be done (75k checkup and recall transmission). He was kind and very accurate in his price and time estimate. Great experience overall. More
Pushed me into a higher-cost service in the long run I came in at 29,600 miles and asked them to do whatever standard service I was due for at that mileage. Instead of doing the 30k mile service, they pu I came in at 29,600 miles and asked them to do whatever standard service I was due for at that mileage. Instead of doing the 30k mile service, they put me down for 10k mile service and said to come back and do the "big one" (the 30k service) at my next 5k check-in. I was in a rush so I said again please just do whatever my car is due for at this mileage and I didn't realize the swap they had made until I went to pay. What this means is that today I paid >$270 for my 10k checkup, and rather than the inexpensive 5k checkup next time, I will have to pay for the very expensive 30k service. Basically, by flipping the order of these and delaying the 30k service, they are able to screw me out of a 5k service by having me take a 10k service instead, followed in just 5k miles by the 30k service, which will be redundant with half the things they JUST did at my 10k (including synthetic oil change, etc.). As icing on the cake, I walked out already upset to find that my car also had not even been washed. They also forgot to put a new sticker in the window reminding me the mileage or date it's due for next service, which I don't really care much about except that those last two details just show a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
