Done the same day Had front brakes & rotors replaced and rear brakes adjusted. They ordered and got the parts in that day and brakes were done a couple hours later. I could not get them to look at some damage on the underside of the vehicle that occurred when plastic retainers got sheared off by a parking curb . They were looking at the splash pan, but it should have been obvious that I was talking about the part that was held together with white zip ties. I don't think the factory uses white ones. Needless to say, I'll have to try again on my next service visit to get this addressed. More
