Received reminde I was once more very pleased with the service I received for my Tacoma. The appointment was made at the last service, 6 months ago. Received reminder email about a week before. Service rep who met me when I arrived was courteous, knowledgeable and quickly got me signed in and the work order prepared for the service. Service was completed within the time specified and I was on my way. Very happy with the service experience I have had at Toyota 101 since purchasing my Tacoma in 2011. More
