Repair of my new RAV4 I noticed a small dent on my brand new RAV4 after owning it for only 1 week. I was shocked when I noticed the blemish and can not imagine how this was possible. Honestly I didn’t inspect my vehicle at the time of purchase and didn’t know when this occurred. I didn’t know if it occurred before or after the sale - but I decided to take it back to the dealer and find out my options. I spoke with Danny Alqutieshat who sold me my car and he called his manager who assured me that Toyota 101 would take care of this issue. I dropped off my car and Thursday the 15th and picked it up on the 16th and it was repaired perfectly and at NO CHARGE!!! They clearly went above and beyond in taking car of me and my vehicle! I will be a loyal Toyota owner forever!! More

Disappointed after minor service I have used this dealership's service for years. I was surprised several months ago when I had the hybrid battery replaced on my car (a day-long and I have used this dealership's service for years. I was surprised several months ago when I had the hybrid battery replaced on my car (a day-long and expensive process) - my car was not washed at the end of the day. Yesterday, I had a minor service - no carwash, and dirty fingerprints on the passenger seat and passenger door handle (the car interior is beige). Further, there are new marks on the exterior. When I looked at the receipt, I saw that several areas were marked for immediate service need - and no one mentioned these to me (these had to do with wipers and wiper fluid - they could have easily been handled right then and there). So, I am sad and disappointed. More
