Rich and Curt are AMAZING! I was kept up to date on everything. I am 5 minutes way from Toyota Hayward and drive all the way just to come here. Very reliable Toyota agency. Chris Terlaje is awesome. The technician that put in my battery did not tighten the screws in the battery.
