My new van purchase experience It’s been a long waiting for finally landing on the purchase of the 2019 Toyota Sienna. I have contacted a few dealers until Jun Javier from Toyota It’s been a long waiting for finally landing on the purchase of the 2019 Toyota Sienna. I have contacted a few dealers until Jun Javier from Toyota 101 had provided the lowest quote. I went to talk to Jun on the June, 22 2019. It took me just around 3 hours from test drive to Sign the purchase contract. The over all experience was great. The only issue I discovered was a little bit of manufacture process issue where I found some coffee stains on the side of the driver’s seat and a little spot on the passenger’s seat. I talked to Jun about it in the afternoon on the same day After I arrived home. A couple days later I took the van back to the dealership and Jun handled the service from beginning to the end, I got a rental vehicle on them while the service Dept. Louis wrote up the order and the chairs been swapped out with a sets of front seats from another van they have on hand. Anyway, I rated this purchase experience was 4 stars instead 5. Toyota 101 is a good place to go when you need to get a vehicle. Jun Javier is my preferred Internet Sales Manager to contact. Thanks for the sales Manager for helping to solve my concern on this purchase. More

The car came with the wrong floor mats, he offered to drive them over to our home once the correct mats arrived, even though we live 30 minutes away from the dealership. The car we received also had some stains on the seats which he was not able to detail out, but he swapped out NEW seats for us. Amazing service! More

1st time using Costco Auto Buyer Program,at Toyota101 I had 4 sales people listed from Costco, but met Adam first. Adam tried to get me the previous month's $1200 sale discount by filling out a Credit Application, but the Finance Guy said "no" and did not return the Credit Application or let me see all my signed papers, until Adam returned and showed me all my paperwork. The car was fueled but not "detailed" or washed even by the dealership as the windows were greasy. So I went to a car wash and had it quickly washed and hand waxed for $99. There were "6 Limited RAV4 s on the lot" but I only saw one ,with heated seats and heated steering wheel option I repeatedly said I did not want. 4 of the 5 option packages have heated seats, so I asked for a Pearl white, Tan leather, with the electronic option package instead. No word on if or when that might be available. Another guy was about to buy this car, so I paid by check in full. I am Super Happy with the Costco Auto Buyer Program and will never buy a car without them, tho not perfect yet. Adam seemed to be the Most Polite and Most Reasonable salesman there at Toyota101, so I am so glad we met. And I Luv my new 2019 RAV4 Limited in Pearl white with tan leather instead of black faux leather!! Toyota 800# told me the leather is real, there is a timing chain, and there is both direct and port injection, which was very helpful!! I haven't owned a Toyota in 20 years ,driving a non-luxury and non-performance Acura, but I am so happy Toyota and Lexus are the current highest rated cars in the USA!! More

After comparing prices with other nearby dealerships, we returned the next day to buy the 2020 Corolla Hybrid. On the day of purchase, the car was ready when I arrived, and we were in/out in a little over 2 hours. I highly recommend Toyota 101, and specifically Mark G.! Mark helped us every part of the way, and was super friendly, knowledgable, professional, personable, and patient. He was never pushy, and was super easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.
