Besides a car that is safer, newer and gets better gas mileage, I spent only $900 more than I did then --in inflation-adjusted dollars -- for a car that had over 20,000 fewer miles on it than the one I bought in the past. I don’t really write reviews, but I’m making an exception for this place coz my experience was THAT GOOD. So I bought my car back in Dec 2018 coz I just saw it on google. At first I thought that there was a catch coz the price is too good to be true given that the car has a later year (2014) and a considerably low mileage (65000). So I decided to call, set up a test drive the next day, and after an hour we got the paperwork set up and ready to go. But what really gave this place a 5 star is their service after you’ve made payments and got everything all set up and done with your car. They still managed to accommodate my needs even if I’m far away. I’m in the military, and things like this are really huge to us. They very expedient, and they will make sure that you’re good to go. I honestly wouldn’t mind working with them again in the future. That’s why you should go for it now too! More

But, after 2 years, had to get back to another Toyota midsize. Looking for a used Highlander and leery of dealerships (1988 Jeep, Redwood City), I went through the Costco Auto Program. Registered at Costco with my choice of make/model, was redirected to Toyota 101; had an appointment with Jun Javier in a few hours; drove the Highlander, traded in the Ford, got a loan, drove home. Certified Vehicle buying bad experience Recently purchased a Certified used Vehicle. I didn't think to look over the car because it Was a Certified pre owned. When I got home I found out the Recently purchased a Certified used Vehicle. I didn't think to look over the car because it Was a Certified pre owned. When I got home I found out the passenger mirror was broken. I went back and the used car manager said the price was adjusted for that broken mirror, I asked how it passed Certification, So they wanted to fix it, I get home and see A dent on the lower body under the door. I took it back again and asked how they could certify this. Then I looked in The paperwork they gave me and somehow it was Missing the Certified inspection sheet, I called they Found it after 30 Min supposedly. I picked it up , found plenty of other items missed during the inspection. They Never called me for 2 weeks So I called TOYOTA, and got A case number. Now they want to fix all the things, Picked it up they forgot to make the key it was on the invoice, nobody verified work done? They did not fix a issue with the driver seat belt, And they Sublet the body repair and did not give me any invoice for it. Management never called me, what a terrible buying experience from this dealer, for A Certified car. More
