We buy the maintenance package at the same time so we don't have to worry later about getting the oil changes and tune ups. Whenever I bring one of our cars in for an oil change I notice they treat the other customers in there pretty well, too. The parts department people are helpful if I have questions. The car rental people are fast at getting me a rental car to drive while my car gets done, or I can get dropped off with a shuttle. I really like the no stress, actually helpful attitude the people who work there have towards their customers. Employee service makes the difference. Not just falling in love with the new car you bought, but trusting the company you bought it from enough to buy your next family car there. Toyota 101 on Bayshore in Redwood City, California has earned the repeat business of our family. We will continue to recommend the Toyota dealership near the Whipple exit in Redwood City, California to our friends. If you want to buy a car, or just need a trustworthy repair place for maintenance, Toyota 101 is the place.
