I researched for weeks and his offer was by far better by thousands $$$ I looked into. "Nordstrom/Mercedes like quality customer service" without the attitude. Everyone from Finance, service to Sales/Lease Managers are professional and easy to get along with. Toyota 101 is a hidden gem off 101. It might not be the biggest dealer out there but they certainly are the best! Toyota sales like it used to be everywhere--an independent "family owned" dealership--where they treat you like family! I had my first 5K service for 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid SE and it did require to check the tire pressure, rotate tires, check all fluids level and windshield wipers condition. I was very upset when I picked u and it did require to check the tire pressure, rotate tires, check all fluids level and windshield wipers condition. I was very upset when I picked up my car and checked tires pressure when I was on freeway. All four tires were overinflated to 55 psi instead of normal 35 psi. It was done by technician with 20 years experience.Is it acceptable? What else could be done wrong for such simple service? I am not talking about more "complex service" , like oil change. I am not sure if I want to come back to Toyota 101 Redwood City for 10K service. More
