They have earned a loyal customer. 5) No high pressure. sales tactics on extended warranties (makes no sense on a japanese built corolla) and other dealer add-ons. 6). Offered water and snacks to my daughter, her friend and I 7). Took pictures of the car with my daughter. Cons: 1). Paperwork can't be done online and they were backed-up so we had to wait. Not a big deal as Edgar used that time to explain the features of the car. Overall approximately a 2.25 hr positive dealer experience including the test drive. More

My wife and I were in the market for a new car. We were considering Toyota or Honda but leaning toward Toyota because our Tacoma has been great. It has over 220,000 miles. We stopped at Toyota 101 and promptly were helped by Castulo Herrera Lopez. He was very polite, friendly, honest and there was no pressure to buy. We left and over the next few weeks checked out other dealers including Honda. We decided that Castulo and Toyota 101 was the best place to buy. Castulo was again great to deal with when we returned to order the car. We were also helped by Frankie Chau and Jeff Mellen, both very friendly. We were also helped by Zack Nayeb, another great guy to deal with, during the purchase process.
