I had inquired by phone regarding a Tacoma pickup I wanted to look at. I spoke with Alfred Oshagi and met with him later that day. I brought my 2006 Tacoma and a friend with me. I ended up getting the truck I was interested in, a 2017 Tacoma SR5. I had done some quick research regarding my truck before coming in to see what I might get in trade. According to KBB, my Tacoma SR5 Prerunner with 173K+ miles and some clear coat issues would be worth approximately $7000. Alfred met my friend and me after we drove up., My friend had purchased a 2019 Tacoma 2 days before at the same dealership. Alfred took me to the truck I was interested in and arranged for a test drive. There was only enough gas for a 16 mile range and the nearby freeway was pretty clogged with rush hour traffic. We basically drove around the block, but I was satisfied. Alfred was able to work with his manager and give me the price I wanted for the newer truck (as we played hard ball with him to get the best price), but I was rather disappointed with the low offer for my old Tacoma. I know that's not Alfred's fault. so I don't blame him. I was able to drive the new truck home that night, but when I came back the next day with the "Pink Slip" for my old truck, my new one's battery had died. Alfred jumped it out in the lot and told me if it happened again, he'd have a new battery for me. It did the next day, so I called him and brought the truck in after jumping it at home. More

Been on the market for a RAV4 Hybrid since the end of last year. It was so difficult to find one without markups and without having to put myself on a waitlist for over 6 months.
