Vehicle Floor mates (carpet) for both RAV 4s were missing/not provided by Toyota Company. 2. One set of key provided at the time of purchase and we are still waiting of the second sets of keys. 3. RAV4 prime roof racks makes excessive noise plus the roof rack cross bar is in the middle of the sunroof. 4. Plug in door in my RAV 4 Prime is very flimsy and could be easily damaged by passing individuals or parked vehicles. A flush open plugin door that opens flush against the vehicle body could prevent such issue. More
