From the time that I saw the car that I wanted on Toyota. com, I reserved it right away from Toyota 101. Adam Raines, the Sales Manager at Toyota 101 assisted me with the entire process. I wanted this to be a com, I reserved it right away from Toyota 101. Adam Raines, the Sales Manager at Toyota 101 assisted me with the entire process. I wanted this to be an easy and wonderful experience for me. And Adam made the whole process seamless and was a very respectful professional. He pronounced my name correctly, and was never 'pushy'. Adam made sure I was informed and processed our deal promptly. He didn't wait around, he was on top of the logistics and made my time there very quick and efficient. I did not want to stay there for the typical sale time of 6-8 hours. The whole process took about 4 hours. No haggling, I was quoted the price online and that's what I paid for. No markup to haggle. Adam knew his product knowledge and how to do any workarounds, like assisting me with my insurance ID card (which I forgot to upload on my phone). I would buy another car from Adam.
