There were no surprises, and when it came to financing, the finance manager actually got us a better rate than we were pre approved for. I cannot say enough good things about the finance manager. I am 74 years old and have purchased many new and used cars, but had never met an honest finance manage before. No hard sell, no add ons, and actually empathy!
