Mr. Cordoza, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience and the delay in scheduling a recall check. The last thing that we would want to do is to turn a valuable customer such as yourself away. Unfortunately, we are simply backed up that much. When the manager suggested that you try another dealership, he was simply acknowledging how important it was for you to get the recall work completed and was trying to guide you toward a solution - even if that solution meant sending you to one of our competitors.
