I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. One of the main reasons I chose Honda was because of how incredibly kind and genuine Carlos and Joseph were I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable, listened to what I was looking for, and never once made me feel pressured. Joseph especially went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my options and felt confident in my decision. Both he and Carlos were patient, respectful, and truly seemed to care about helping me find the right fit—not just making a sale. Thanks to their kindness and professionalism, I’m now a happy Honda driver and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free and positive car-buying experience! More
I've only used this dealership for repairs/recalls. If it wasn't for Chase, this last encounter with the dealer would've been a negative one. I had a recall a rep scheduled me for and when I took the vehicle I was told it needed to be at less than 1/2 tank. Something I wasn't told initially. Then I tried to schedule and customer rep couldn't find the recall on my vehicle (on 2 occasions). When I finally scheduled they reminded me of the gas tank limits. When I took it in I was told this recall didn't apply to me vehicle only an update. I also took my vehicle in because my right rear passenger wouldn't open. This was taken care of immediately and at no charge for me. Thank you Chase. I wish this dealer had better service and would check the information thoroughly before advising customers or booking appointments. More
There were only 2 service assistant available on a Saturday morning at 8:30. There should be more available. I had an 8:30 appointment and had to wait approx. 15-20 minutes for someone to come and tal Saturday morning at 8:30. There should be more available. Just bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid Hatchback from Swickard Honda of Thousand Oaks this past Sunday and couldn't be happier! Valeria was amazing-she went above and beyond to get us the Hatchback from Swickard Honda of Thousand Oaks this past Sunday and couldn't be happier! Valeria was amazing-she went above and beyond to get us the best deal after we shopped around at other places. She honestly is the reason they got our business! The car is packed with features and drives great and gets amazing fuel economy. Highly recommend this dealership, and definitely ask for Valeria you won't be sorry! More
