Very rude parts dept service. After a guy saw that I has an old car and am not going to spend $268 on a headlight bulb clip, he became rude to me and even when I purchased a bulb from another guy from the s an old car and am not going to spend $268 on a headlight bulb clip, he became rude to me and even when I purchased a bulb from another guy from the same department and he promised to help me, the first guy when I asked him where was a service guy started screaming "We are not supposed to do it". I have been a customer with this dealership for many years and this accident made me look for another service department. I am going to write to the manager and see what they are going to do. More
I have been bringing my 2004 Odyssey to Honda of Thousand Oaks for all its services & repairs. I have had very good luck. They have taken care of all the warranty work, as well as regular service. They have the car completed at the promised time, the price is always right around what they quoted, and they've been friendly & professional. Prices are high, but they are at all dealerships. More
