Nick was great to work with. I came by a couple weekends ago to look at four Acura models (TSX, TSX wagon, RDX, and TL), and Nick was there to help. I went to other dealerships to look at prices (about 5 dealerships total), but Acura of Thousand Oaks was able to beat all of them in price. After about a week and a half of looking at other options and dealers, I ended up coming back here and purchasing a new 2012 TSX Sport Wagon. Nick was able to answer all my questions about the car, technology, and options. He was helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy. He worked with my schedule and got me a great deal. When I came by to finalize the numbers and paperwork, it was relatively quick and painless. They didn't try to trick me or give me bad financing options; in fact, I got better financing than I expected and I was very happy with the purchase. (Note that the final number was slightly higher than we agreed on verbally, but the financing was better so I still ended up with a better deal). Both Nick and John (sales manager) seemed to be honest, and were very patient when I asked questions. I think it took around 2 hours total, but a lot of that time was spent chatting and asking questions. The paperwork portion was less than an hour. Since many dealers take 4+ hours, this was very welcome. I will definitely recommend friends and family to Acura of Thousand Oaks. More
