I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and from the beginning everyone treated me with the utmost respect. My salesperson was Dean McSweeny and he is a true pro. There was absolutely no pressure into making any decisions until I was fully comfortable. In fact everyone at the dealership that day made my experience extra special. Later on I worked with the Kam Javid, the General Sales Manager. Kam greatly impressed me with his focus on customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience with my new Acura and his dealership exceeded my expectations. I have never experienced this high level of customer service from any other dealership or any other retail business, for that matter. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family... the high quality of service, genuine concern for the customer, and (rare-to-find) honesty, makes Acura of Thousand Oaks a rare find in a dealership. Kam and his team have made me a loyal customer for life! More

Your workers bust their rear ends. They move quickly to get everyone in and out. It was very busy and it seemed like they were short staffed. I bought a NEW Acura TSX this week and cannot say enough about the car, and my first car-buying experience! Before purchasing, I contacted every Acura dealership in the LA area and visited two. At the first dealership I visited (not Thousand Oaks, but one closer to my home), the salesman I worked with was enough to make me NOT want the car. I started researching other cars, but quickly came back to the TSX. After contacting all the dealerships in LA, Thousand Oaks offered the best price on the vehicle -- and they had the exact color combination I wanted. I communicated with Sam all day, and after work, I made the trip out to T.O. to buy the car. The drive was more than worth it -- everyone at the dealership was especially friendly. The car was out front waiting. Everything was organized, and efficient. Within a couple hours, I was driving away in my dream car :) They offered a very fair price for the car I was trading in. AND!!! They were able to get me a lower interest rate than ANY dealership I've visited so far. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Anyone looking to buy an Acura... I'd recommend taking the trip out to Thousand Oaks, or before making the trip, consider contacting their Online sales dept to see how they can help you get the car you want. My family is an Acura family... we've had excellent luck with all 6 Acuras purchased over the years. This was my first experience buying one on my own, and it was fantastic. Nick was great to work with. I came by a couple weekends ago to look at four Acura models (TSX, TSX wagon, RDX, and TL), and Nick was there to help. He wasn't pushy, and helped me test drive a couple diffe ago to look at four Acura models (TSX, TSX wagon, RDX, and TL), and Nick was there to help. He wasn't pushy, and helped me test drive a couple different cars to get a feel for how they handled. I went to other dealerships to look at prices (about 5 dealerships total), but Acura of Thousand Oaks was able to beat all of them in price. After about a week and a half of looking at other options and dealers, I ended up coming back here and purchasing a new 2012 TSX Sport Wagon. Nick was able to answer all my questions about the car, technology, and options. He was helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy. He worked with my schedule and got me a great deal. When I came by to finalize the numbers and paperwork, it was relatively quick and painless. They didn't try to trick me or give me bad financing options; in fact, I got better financing than I expected and I was very happy with the purchase. (Note that the final number was slightly higher than we agreed on verbally, but the financing was better so I still ended up with a better deal). Both Nick and John (sales manager) seemed to be honest, and were very patient when I asked questions. I think it took around 2 hours total, but a lot of that time was spent chatting and asking questions. The paperwork portion was less than an hour. Since many dealers take 4+ hours, this was very welcome. I will definitely recommend friends and family to Acura of Thousand Oaks. More

I've worked with Elias as my service advisor for over five years. He's friendly, knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all my questions. My car comes back serviced properly without my havin five years. He's friendly, knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all my questions.
