Overall, good experience. Drove to dealership from CT (over 2 hrs away) and they were willing to hold the vehicle I wanted long enough for me to drive there and make a deal. It was a very popular vehicle (over 2 hrs away) and they were willing to hold the vehicle I wanted long enough for me to drive there and make a deal. It was a very popular vehicle that is hard to find since it normally sells before it even gets delivered. That showed high customer loyalty which was very much appreciated. Salesman was very polite and professional, along with the manager and the delivery coordinator that helped me get familiar with the bells and whistles of the new vehicle. The ONLY issue I had was with the finance guy. When it came time for him to pitch the extended warranty options, I simply declined since Hyundai already comes with a great manufacturer warranty. He insisted on me reconsidering, I declined again and he immediately seemed personally offended. When we first started he was very friendly and talkative, but as soon as I declined as my final decision, he turned beet red and refused to look at us or talk to us while he finished printing the paperwork. His entire demeanor went from friendly to upset and short. I understand it’s part of his job to try and sell an extended warranty product, but the customers decision should be respected without losing professionalism. If it weren’t for that one shortcoming, I would’ve given this experience 5 stars. Otherwise, the rest of the staff was great, welcoming, helpful and professional. More
