Service rep was nice and the drive in inspection was timely. My only wish was that the glue from the previous inspection sticker would have been cleaned off prior to putting the new sticker on. This is timely. My only wish was that the glue from the previous inspection sticker would have been cleaned off prior to putting the new sticker on. This is a new car and this was the first time the sticker was changed. The old glue is smeared and visible around the new sticker. In addition, the blade used to scrape off the inspection sticker made a cut into the registration sticker next to it. Taking a few minutes to do it all carefully would have given you a five star rating. More

The WiFi lets me work while I wait. Typically takes about 90 minutes for an oil change but that includes time for them to go over the vehicle to make sure there are no hidden issues. Thanks, Suresky.
