Ryan was also very courteous. Dale made sure that our car was delivered in style. We took Dale with us on our test drive and he was very knowledgeable, awnsering all of our questions. 15 Passenger Van purchase. Internet Sale Eric Trigg was a pleasure to deal with from the first contact I had right through to our arrival to St. Peters from New Hampshire. We needed a 15 Passenger van for our Youth Canoe Trip Program and I had searched the internet and found the one I wanted at SunTrup. I needed a few additions to the standard equipment and Eric got it done without any hassle or hesitation. I needed a Tow Hitch and wiring added to the van and he took care of getting it done so it would be ready when we arrived. Once we got to SunTrup the experience was relaxed and everything was in order. We paid for the van, signed a few pieces of paperwork, transferred the title and in less than an hour we were on our way driving our new GM certified Van back to NH. (1304 miles total) Eric wanted to make sure we got home ok and he gave us his cell phone number so that we could text him our progress on our way home. Above and beyond. She offered to let me take the vehicle home overnight, but also skillfully determined what would be needed to make a deal at the time of my visit and made it happen. A happy Buick owner I came to Suntrup because of Stacey Warren Carter,having bought a new car from Stacey three years earlier,where she handled the financing and the sale I came to Suntrup because of Stacey Warren Carter,having bought a new car from Stacey three years earlier,where she handled the financing and the sale.I was really impressed by her.That car was recently totalled,when hit by someone who had been drinking.I still had an uncompleted gap insurance claim after five weeks,but I had to have a car and couldn't wait any longer.I knew Stacey had moved on from the other dealership,but I didn't know where until I saw she was a credit specialist at Suntrup.Called Stacey on a Friday,decided I could come in Monday after work,just hoping to get the process started .Arrived after 5 o'clock met with salesman Dave Strauser,test drove a 2013 Buick Verano.Decided that was the car.Dave asked if I wanted to put anything down,said yes but I don't have it on me and I can't make it back in here until Friday ,Dave said just bring it in then.Met with Stacey,she helps me with the last stage of the gap claim,gets my credit approved informs me I'm taking that car home tonight.Came back Friday with my down payment,and finished the paperwork.Thank you Stacey,Dave and Suntrup More

EXCEPTIONAL Quality Service, Sales, and NO PRESSURE !!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH....THESE GUYS NEED 6 -----!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I visited many of the key player dealerships in the St. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH....THESE GUYS NEED 6 -----!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I visited many of the key player dealerships in the St. Louis area (McMahon, Elco, Bommarito, Lou Fusz) and CLEARLY some of them tried to run the game on me but I shut all of that drama down and walked away. I visited the Suntrup car lot after normal business hours (to avoid the salesman hassle) and noticed an Avalanche that looked pretty awesome. I went home and sent them an email using their website to the attention of the Internet Manager (Eric Trigg). Eric responded the next business day and this guy is SPECTACULAR. I flat out told him that I hated salesman and I just wanted some clear cut information on the car. He provided me exactly what I requested in a matter of minutes. He also stated that he was not a pressure salesman and would not contact me unless I approved for him to call. Well I was simply floored by his kindness and chose to come in the next day in 100 degree plus temperatures and asked for the keys to look at the car. Again, NO PRESSURE from him AT ALL. I reviewed the car closely and provided him the keys and asked some additional question in which he did not have the immediate answers because he wasn't the salesperson that brought the car in HOWEVER he went to locate the person so I could get a true explanation as to what the deal was. We talked for a few minutes and I told him that I would come back on a cooler day to take the car out for a test drive. He said "no problem" and just give him a call whenever I wanted to come up. I showed up 2 days later, took the car for a test drive and researched the CarFax and everything was spot on (1 previous owner, miles were 2000 less than the national average) AND the car was priced well within everything that I could find find using (Edmunds, KBB, CarGurus, etc.) It just so happened that I found another Avalanche which had reduced in price by $2,000 less than the one at Suntrup, and I could have easily gotten that one but I wasn't going through the drama of starting all over again PLUS these guys were absolutely great to me. I told him that I would be more than happy to buy the car because of the "No Pressure" attitude they demonstrated. I met "James" who is I believe is the dealership manager, as well as Kyle and again, those folks are WONDERFUL. I closed today with one of the Finance Managers (Stacey) who AGAIN was no pressure, explained EVERYTHING clearly in layman's terms and she went over my rights as a buyer and over the warranty details as well as all financial documents and clearly explained payments, interest rates, terms of the contract, etc. I never felt rushed to just get it over with. And it just so happened that one of my own employees purchased a new GMC Terrain from this exact same dealership within the last year and he was more than happy with their service and I had a chance to experience it personally.
