Prompt, kept me informed of progress. I wouldn’t say this is the Waterloo locations fault but my repair took 3 months, the part was on back order and Ford wouldn’t rent me a car and told me there was nothing they could do besides open a case w my repair took 3 months, the part was on back order and Ford wouldn’t rent me a car and told me there was nothing they could do besides open a case which Ford did nothing about. I ended up having to buy a new car to get me to and from because my car wasn’t safe to drive until it had its repair. More

Sunset Ford staff are always friendly and helpful and do a great job servicing my vehicle. I am usually very busy working and being able to use a loaner to get to work would be very helpful if I need to le a great job servicing my vehicle.
