I went in and ask Kelly if she could fit me in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was in and out in record time. Then she scheduled me in for a part to be replaced. It was fixed beautifully. The service advisors weren’t very friendly, I felt like they were trying to take me! Kept pushing different things after I told them no serval times. They had no other vehicles in the shop, I asked them to they were trying to take me! Kept pushing different things after I told them no serval times. They had no other vehicles in the shop, I asked them to look at an issues that was going on with my vehicle you guys replaced less than a year ago that’s under warranty from being fixed. she said she would when I went to check out asked her about it, she looked like oh dang I forgot, instead she got an attitude and said “ you have to make an appointment” why didn’t she tell me that before? One for the worst experience I had here! This place looks like it’s going out of business, no cars on lot, no business there but me, just staff that are rude, I can see why it could be closing! More
