Based on everything I was made aware of during your visit that day, my staff disclosed the damages while you were there at the dealership waiting for your oil change. Are you wanting to know specifically how it happened? Maybe help me better understand what additional information you are seeking. Otherwise, as you know, we then went ahead an ordered the part which was on backorder, so I do apologize for the delay. My staff did type it in your ticket to retain for both your and our records. If you did not receive a copy of your ticket, please let me know and I can mail you a copy. From what I understand the repairs have been completed. If not please let me know. What you said is all correct except I was told nothing the day it happened except your vehicle was damaged and we need to order a part. It was stated that it would be here in 2 wks . Never received a notice about it being on backorder until I contacted Joe Hill and he got the info for me. I left messages inquiring about the status and never received a response. Also, I did get the receipt with a notation that it was damaged and replaced but not until after I went into the office to inquire about it. I appreciate you responding regard my survey but I was not happy with the experience and I feel it is my right to express that. You and Joe's customer service is excellent but the others is alittle to be desired. Thank you

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry for any miscommunication during your visit that we created. Certainly our staff never takes it upon themselves to perform services under any assumptions without customer approval for dollars/repairs first, regardless of what the recommended service interval is by Ford. I see by your comments it is possibly a dually vehicle, which does add additional steps and costs that I would furthermore expect my staff absolutely to not proceed without prior customer approval. I also see Danielle was tagged in the review, which she is new with us and still learning all types of vehicles and their needs, so I apologize if she did not know better. If there is anything we need to correct, such as lining up the wheels for the valve stems, we are happy to correct that for you anytime.
