DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICE BOUGHT A NEW TAURUS ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND THE HEADLIGHTS ARE TILTED UP A LITTLE. I DON'T DRIVE MUCH AT NIGHT ANYMORE AND DIDN'T NOTICE IT UNTIL RECEN BOUGHT A NEW TAURUS ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND THE HEADLIGHTS ARE TILTED UP A LITTLE. I DON'T DRIVE MUCH AT NIGHT ANYMORE AND DIDN'T NOTICE IT UNTIL RECENTLY. ASKED SERVICE IF THAT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY THEY SAID NO AND THAT IF WOULD COST ME TO HAVE THEM FIXED. THEN I CALLED ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA AND THEY SAID "SURE, THAT'S COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. SO GUESS WHAT, I WILL NOT BE BACK TO SUNSET FORD IN WATERLOO.
