DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICE BOUGHT A NEW TAURUS ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND THE HEADLIGHTS ARE TILTED UP A LITTLE. THEN I CALLED ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA AND THEY SAID "SURE, THAT'S COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. SO GUESS WHAT, I WILL NOT BE BACK TO SUNSET FORD IN WATERLOO.
