The process was long and at times trying (due to Fords process of tracking and information) but Joe and Mike more than made up for it with their communication and service. The Raptor was in perfect condition when delivered. The price for the Truck and for my trade in were also fair and transparent. Mike in financing was also a pleasure to deal with and explained everything nicely. Upon delivery Joe Hill explained well the details of operation and the setup of the phone, sync, Ford pass. He does it all. Went to the dealership to look at a certain car we saw online. When we got there he already had it pulled up front with the keys ready to go. Once we sat down at the desk Jon was all about getting us the deal we want. He went back and forth multiple times to get us what we were asking for with the finance guy. Once we were about to finally finish up Jon wasn’t satisfied with the inside of the vehicle. He took it back to get it detailed again. I killed some time going to dinner. When I got back it still wasn’t done and Jon was doing everything he could to make me comfortable while I waited. He went to check on the status multiple times and even helped to finish washing the car. He was very caring of how his clients were treated and was not just looking to get a sale. All around a great guy not trying to rush us out the door. More
