Im a first time buyer I wanted to purchase a car so I did my search on my favorite suv a FORD ESCAPE. I came across SUNSET FORD OF WATERLOO so My boyfriend (steven) and I decide to visit and met a great sales guy RYAN NEIGHBORS. He was very professional and patient with me and my boyfriend (steven) when it came to looking a cars. Ryan worked with us back and forth putting 100% the effort in finding us what we wanted in a car and the BEST deal. I'm happy to say ryan put us in my dream car 2019 FORD ESCAPE I couldnt have been more happy. and I also had the pleasure of working with Bill the finance guy on sealing the deal on my brand new car.
