No pressure Bill presented me with all the extra warranty offers in an honest, friendly, informative way, without talking down to me are arguing with me ( as has Bill presented me with all the extra warranty offers in an honest, friendly, informative way, without talking down to me are arguing with me ( as has happened to me in past dealings with some non-Ford dealerships ), when I respectively declined his offers. He was a pleasure to work with, and even went out of his way to save me a trip to the DMV. More

Great experience! Joe Hill, was great! Took his time and went over all the paper work in detail and I have never had someone go over the car in so much detail. It was Joe Hill, was great! Who wants to spend time reading the manual? When it came time for financing, the worst part, I found Bill to be pleasant and again went into detail of all the paper work. When ready, I will go back!!
