Would never go back again. Customer service sucks. Manager sucks. You have been warned. Find another place to go. Horrible horrible place. When asked why she couldn’t give him my car she got an attitude and proceeded to tell him that she shouldn’t even be there because it was 5:02 and they close @ 5 Kelly is the one who called me to tell me my car was ready.Kelly from customer service was the most disrespectful. disappointing customer service rep I have ever met. Once she called me to tel me my car was ready. She told my husband that him and I need to do our jobs and call the warranty company our selves. That’s not our job it’s Kelly’s job to do. Again do not take your car here. You will be disappointed. You have been warned. More
