On a cold and windy day we pulled up at the dealership and before we even started looking John was outside asking if we needed help . Had an issue with the inner air dam on my pickup overextending but it appeared to have corrected itself. Lonnie got me right in for one of the techs to inspect. Concern for me was safety. Had me come back into work area where truck was on a lift and visually review, looks like no breakage and functioning. Lonnie was great and communicated to me what to watch for.
