Terrible service dept. 3 weeks they had my SUV and couldn't fix the check engine light issue. They never put the engine cover back on, now it's gone. Blaine, our service representative, got our 2024 E-450/RV in to be checked without delay. Even though the mechanic couldn't find a problem it will help us to rest easier driving it 1,400 miles back to Michig in to be checked without delay.
