Jeff Holland is a shard working, knowledgeable, efficient Service Advisor, who knew just what my service schedule called for as well as recall service. Went in looking at my options. Salesman put us in a 2022 Highcountry, which I wasn't mad about. The sticker price was 66k... trading in a 2014 LT silverado 4wd. Ran some numbers, came back with trade in offer of 19k (lmao) slap in my face.... what was more impressive was that they added an extra 10k on the sale price of the new truck, due to "chip shortage increase" xxx?!? Needless to say that dealership will not be seeing me again. The salesman ( can't recall his name) was great though. Very friendly. More
Excellent Service. Making an appointment was easier than I had perceived. Was able to make the appointment for the next day. Had taken my 2012 GMC. Terrain in for a recall of the Exhaust System.
