Unsatisfactory! ! Had to wait 30+ minutes before I could see the service consultant I was assigned, even though 3 other service consultants were free!! Took over 3 ho ! Had to wait 30+ minutes before I could see the service consultant I was assigned, even though 3 other service consultants were free!! Took over 3 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Ridiculous!! Charged me an extra 3% because I paid with a credit card!! Oil on hood and door!! Too many other places to get an oil change to come back here again and put up with bad service. More

As far as the Service department with Sean and the ladies in the cashier office, I. Am NOT pleased with the customer service I received today. I was treated very rudely. They asked me to step out of the office when I had a concern, just so they wait on another customer as if I was in the way. I have never been treated in a manner like this. My rating jumped from a 10 to a -1 dealing with customer service and I have sent customers including my husband who spent a great deal of money down on a truck. I’m very unhappy about my visit today, and I was really proud of my dealership. Now I wish I that I would have went somewhere else to purchase my vehicle. -Jean Thomas More
