They always pay attention to my concerns and answer my questions. We have had a lot of conversations in 20 years! I noticed a different sound from the tires lately. My husband and I looked at the tires. I couldn't stand it anymore and I took it in yesterday, without an appointment, on my way to Sam's Club nearby. Even though they were busy, they checked it out. Well, Evelyn told me they found a small rock in the tread. My 40-mile drive home was much better. My husband was incredulous that I even took the car in, but I am only a little embarrassed. The serviceman I saw when I dropped my car off was exceptional. He was professional and nice. Took less than a minute for him to get my info and i was back off to work.
