I like being able to schedule service for a specific time AND they take the car in when you arrive. They are extremely efficient and honest. I'm afraid that I can't say that about other (non-Honda) dealers. The dealership is always clean. The shop is kept immaculate. The waiting area is as nice as being at home. I have not bought a car from any other dealer since I bought my first Honda, a 2006 Element, at Sunny King. I am a customer for life. More

New Tires We purchased a new set of Michelin tires for our CRV. After leaving the dealership, we did not have a smooth ride with the new tires. Called Austin We purchased a new set of Michelin tires for our CRV. After leaving the dealership, we did not have a smooth ride with the new tires. Called Austin Ayers. He said bring the vehicle back in. He had the tires remounted and balanced. He told us that if that did not correct the situation to come back and we would be given a new set of tires. The problem was solved with the remounting of the tires. Excellent service. Totally pleased and satisfied. More
