Survey on recent car service To replace car battery. We had appointment at 9:30 but didn’t get to leave until 1:30 that day, my husband had to go checking 3 times, the car was pa To replace car battery. We had appointment at 9:30 but didn’t get to leave until 1:30 that day, my husband had to go checking 3 times, the car was parking outside just like it was finishing and ready for customer to check out but I believe that some probably forgot to inform us until my husband had to check with someone the 3rd time, someone told my husband that the department was busy but we had appointment, it shouldn’t take 4 hours to change battery if we didn’t keep on checking we probably had to wait on until late afternoon that day! Very disappointed. Will not be back. More
