Bought a Cadillac Escalade a few months ago. I paid Book Value I thought was a fair price. I recently wanted to trade a truck. Well I tried to use the convenient internet Dept. I was offered $10,000 under TRADE BOOK Value. Just an insult. I am suppose to paid over book value for there's because of a shortage but mine is not worth even consumer trade book value. Also when shopping my car around mine car had serious body damage that was not disclosed to me. I would RUN. More
Very unhappy with the service I received when buying my vehicle and everything I’ve had to deal with. When buying my car I had paid $4,000 down towards the total and when writing out the check it was writt vehicle and everything I’ve had to deal with. When buying my car I had paid $4,000 down towards the total and when writing out the check it was written for the wrong amount due to lack of communication. So I then had to get a refund for my $4,000, wait multiple days for it to be put back in my bank and then go to the bank myself to put the money down. I then just recently called my finance guy, Charles. Because I was told my registration would be sent to me in the mail, due to me living about 2 hours from the dealership. And my temporary tag they gave me expires in 3 days and I still have gotten nothing nor heard anything from them. So when speaking with my finance guy Charles, Saturday, he said Im going to have to call back on Monday, to speak with their desk clerk about my problem. Even though my tag expires, in 3 days…. He then proceeded to tell me that I have plenty of time. And that I have to call back on Monday to speak with their desk clerk. Very displeased with how I was getting treated after purchasing a 40,000 dollar vehicle. And now my temp tag and temp registration is going to expire and I have to deal with any consequences. Do not recommend going to them to buy a vehicle. If you can go somewhere else, do it. More

Maurice even after service corrected a payment issue and called to inform us of a rebate. Thank you Maurice. I certainly consider the employees we have encountered as trusted. More

I asked the guy if they are going to look at it or we will come and get it. His response was when do you want to come and get it. Honestly I have never ever experienced such awful service with any car dealership service center. My advice is avoid this place at all costs More
Took my vehicle in after a minor accident, quoted 10 days to repair, vehicle took over 70 due to the numerous issues they created with the vehicle. Damaged multiple panels and accessories on the vehicle. Hoo to repair, vehicle took over 70 due to the numerous issues they created with the vehicle. Damaged multiple panels and accessories on the vehicle. Hood was damaged, Door the paint was burned, the front bumper And shocks were damaged with caustic chemicals and refused to replace them! When they finally delivered vehicle back it had 2 mis matched headlights, 1 chrome 1 black. Management is non existent and will ignore you. 70 days 4 repaints the color is still way off. Heavy orange peel, trash in the clear coat, over spray. Any issue you can expect I experienced in the 70 day ordeal. More
Made a morning appointment for scheduled service on my truck. Maurice was my service advisor. Have dealt with him on a prior visit and will always request him. Super nice and helpful. Was given a shuttle lift back to work by an equally nice gentleman. Had my truck ready to be picked up by noon. It was extremely clean inside which hasn’t always been the case with other repair shops. Very good experience overall. More
