Expected honesty.... I guess I expected too much When my itemized service bill states: "topped off all fluids"... that is supposed to mean it WAS done! Don't state its done when it's not! I was 2 miles away from the dealership and needed to clean off my windshield with the washer fluid... and NOTHING came out! Hmmmm... I guess you missed "topping off that fluid". I am afraid to see what else you missed. All we want as consumers is honesty and the service we are paying for to be done. More

When I contacted the dealership, I had only viewed the cars online, but working with a limited budget I had only a Straight forward and great staff. Jay was very pleasant over the phone and essentially told me to take my time and when I was ready, stop in and take a look. When I got to the dealership he greeted me and asked what I wanted to do, take a look, take a test drive he really just let me direct the interaction. ONLY ONCE, during my hours long visit did Jay ask if I wanted him to write up the deal. He recognized right away when I was uncomfortable about a vehicle I choose/decided to look at. After much consideration and conversation with Jay I decided to take a second test drive in the vehicle I originally stopped to look at. When Jay came back with the key he asked if I had looked at this other car over to the side. That was it. The car felt right, the price was right in line with my budget.
